Respect to all communities

with all states with Law

datapond recognizes the legal body of a state as the sole ultimate representative of its community.

May the Library become popular in a state, datapond will contact the legal department of that state, and will provide them with a prebuild program.

Rather than engaging with individual lawyers, datapond offers a publicly accessible API, enabling government legal departments to directly and transparently remove content on behalf of their community.

In those special admin UI, public administrators have to identify themself, and prove they are representatives of the government body through a verification process.

Public representatives will have profiles displaying their first name, role, and office phone number. All interactions they have with the platform will be transparently accessible to all TradesMen members within their community.

The verification process is typically carried out through a traditional governmental grant program, which can take anywhere from a few weeks to several years, depending on the complexity of the accounting public transaction.

As with any public library, this is the only instance where datapond will require a library member to identify themselves.
